Community Tobacca Treatment Program
This free 5-week program will give you the tools you need to tackle your smoking.
We will help you:
- Understand why it's hard to quit
- Indentify tips to change your behaviors
- Learn what medicines can help
- Cope with urges and stresses
- Learn healthy lifestyle choices
- Stay tobacco free
Session dates: October 1, October 8, October 15, October 22, October 29. Participants must attend all five sessions.
