The Fox Chase Tree of Life Campaign encourages donors to send personal tributes along with their contributions. Write the name of someone you wish to honor, or your name, on the Tree of Life leaf. If you like, please add some words of encouragement on the back for those who are fighting cancer now, and mail the leaf to us at:

Your tribute leaf will be displayed in the hospital, to bring hope to patients and their families. On December 14, we’ll hold a special Tree of Life celebration to honor the overwhelming support we receive.

The program will feature music, light refreshments, special remarks from Crystal S. Denlinger, MD, FACP, Chief of the Division of Gastrointestinal Medical Oncology, as well as a personal message from a Fox Chase patient.

This event is free and open to the public.
