Spirituality is a powerful positive force that is within each of us that gives us hope and helps us to discover our true self. We will explore spirituality from a perspective of sharing sacred stories and learning from each other. The focus of our discussion will be around taking a closer look at various spiritual resources such as prayer and meditation that can have a powerful impact on our spiritual wellbeing as it helps us to find that inner peace.
